Placing an Order: You may place an order with us by any of the following ways:

• 3. Complete your order and mail it to us with your check ( orders will be shipped after check is cleared by the  bank) or Postal  money order to: Leslie P. Enterprises Inc.

Form of Payment : We accept the following form of payment;  PayPal, check or money order made payable to Leslie P. Enterprises Inc. Please note that there is a $30.00 for returned checks.  

Shipping: Please  note: we  try to ship all orders within 24 hours.  Sometimes orders may go out  2 to 3 days but only if items ordered are out of stock . Most shipments are made via Priority Mail.

Returns: Please be sure of your purchase. If the items are damaged in shipping, you may  return them. If an item is damaged in shipping,  we ask that you please leave it in its original packaging and call us us immediately.  Returns on damaged items will not be accepted after 7 days.  If for some reason you would like to return a product, you may do so for a store credit towards something else within 14 days.

Gift Certificates : Shea Healing Butter Creams and Lotions gift certificates make a great gift. If you are not sure about what that special someone wants, let them decide with a Shea Healing Butter gift certificate.  They are available in any denomination. If your order only consist of a gift certificate,  add $5.00 for shipping and handling, unless sent by rush service.

Sales Tax: Sorry all of you MI Residents, but we are required by law to charge you a 6.00 % sales tax on all merchandise.

Gift Wrapping: Gift orders receive special attention. Upon request we are happy to put them into a beautiful gift box filled with colorful tissue. Purely simple, tasteful and beautiful. Orders of $200 or more will be gift wrapped for free. Otherwise there is a $6.00 charge per gift.

Price Changes: We try to keep our prices stable. Due to market fluctuations on raw natural ingredients, prices are subject to change without notice. Sorry!

Privacy: We respect our customers privacy. The information gathered is solely to conduct business: processing your order, sending emails, brochures and postcards to inform you on new products, sales and services or upcoming events. The information we collect is not shared with any other party.
